Our work.
We are proud of our track record delivering remediation and brownfield enabling projects to our own exacting standards, and to the complete satisfaction of our clients, the regulators and all project stakeholders.
Stakeholder management.
We are realists. The process of remediating a brownfield site often involves plant, heavy earth moving machinery and added vehicle movements to local road networks. We expertly handle potentially harmful materials in a carefully controlled manner. We are equally focussed on our clients needs, the regulators requirements and critically the perception and reality of the communities we work within. We have a track record of successfully managing these essential relationships by strict adherence to the following principles:
- Transparency and Simplicity – we clearly articulate what we are planning in respectful (non-condescending) terms. We articulate the challenges, potential impacts and controls. Crucially we recognise the importance of informing stakeholders of any change to our presented plans.
- Precautionary Principles – we will implement controls before they become necessary, not in a reactionary manner should the original controls be insufficient.
- Evidence Based – we generate data and share it openly to accurately document our works.
- Approachability – we remain open to challenge or new ideas or simply conversation with interested parties.

“Thank you to your team for the hard work and dedication shown over the past 13 weeks. Your team has shown a professional and positive attitude throughout the whole process. There has been a number of challenges to overcome here... relatively minor compared to the potential scale of the disruption that could have been caused to local stakeholders if your team had not been managing the works thoughtfully and reacting promptly to any issues.”
